Back in September 2019, I burnt out bad. One tactic I used to pull myself out was to give myself the gift of time via a solo weekend retreat.
Since then, I’ve committed to doing solo retreats every quarter. Having done four, I’m positive this is something I want to keep doing for a while! I hope this scaffolding prevents another full burnout episode by helping me notice the warning signs early.
